Bhagavad Gita - Chapter 2 - Verse 72

esha brahmi sthitih partha nainam prapya vimuhyati
sthitvasyam anta-kale’pi brahma-nirvanam ricchati

Translation: 

O Partha, having attained realization of the Absolute Truth one is never bewildered. If one is situated in this state at the time of death, one attains brahma-nirvanam, the abode of pure consciousness, and all suffering ceases.

Translation: 
Commentary: 
The highest achievement by accepting the instructions of Shri Krishna in Bhagavad-gita is given here. One who does so at the time of death, attains brahma-nirvanam, the spiritual planets of Vaikuntha and the mitigation of all suffering.
