Bhagavad Gita - Chapter 9 - Verse 19

tapamy-aham aham varsham nigrihnamy-utsrijami ca
amritam caiva mrityush ca sad asac caham arjuna

Translation: 

I create heat and I bring forth the rain and also withdraw it. I am eternality and I am death. I am reality and I am illusion, O Arjuna.

Translation: 
Commentary: 
If someone were to ask, “Where is Krishna?” one might respond with another question: “Where isn’t Krishna?” After turning over every stone and grain of sand in the universe, one would be hard-pressed to find something or somewhere that is not Krishna. Ultimately Krishna pervades everything in the entire universe and beyond. He is uniquely an individual, our dearest friend, our well-wisher and the speaker of Bhagavad-gita.
